Percy is One of the pups P.E.P.A got safe in foster. He is brother to Barry.
Only small but we dont know what breed he is.
He is a absolute cutie with some mischief.
He would do well in a home with a resident dog to show him the ropes. Or a home with someone around most of the time. He will need to continue training as he us only a puppy.
We think possibly older children due to him not being around children at present.
