HE was Abandoned and left to fend for himself. Luckily he was rescued and now safe in foster in Spain.
He is a loving little small sized male.
Fine with the cats he meets however they are dog savvy cats.
He is good with other dogs so can happily live alongside other dogs in the house hold but can happily be a only dog soaking up all the love for himself.
Phillip would be better with older children and more relaxed home.
He really enjoys his walks so would be great for a active family.
Philip has had all vet preparation done to travel to the UK including laboratory blood tests for Mediterranean diseases.
